ISO 13628-8 Hot Stab

Secc is a global supplier of pressure balanced hot stabs and receptacles engineered to conform to ISO 13628-8 and its equivalent API 17H standard. Both the ISO 13628-8 stab and receptacle are qualified for working pressures up to 20,000 psi.

An innovative, high-strength flexible handle mechanism differentiates Secc stabs from alternative designs. It resolves the inherent fatigue problems experienced with a wire weld assembly. As such, Secc provide a 25+ year guarantee on all ISO 13628-8 hot stabs.

The replaceable anti-jamming nose enables subsea connection to be made from high offset angles. A unique anti-calcareous growth seal prevents marine growth build up between the stab and receptacle. It assures ease of disconnection after extended periods of subsea exposure.

Secc’s ISO 13628-8 stab and receptacle can be tailored to satisfy a client’s individual requirements for specific applications, handling a variety of media. Our stocking policy ensures that short lead time turnaround is possible.
