Paul led the business for 10 years from 2013 to 2023 as Managing Director. Paul now sits on the board supporting Secc's growth strategy. He has a Ph.D. in petroleum engineering and has held senior commercial and engineering roles in the oilfield chemistry and specialty chemical industries.
