Steve leads SECC Oil and Gas with innovation and growth at the forefront. He is responsible for the performance of the business and driving new product development.
He has a degree in Automotive engineering and over a decade experience working within Marine, Energy and Defence sectors. Specialising in a variety of Subsea/top-side Valves, Marine Couplings and Release systems.
He is a former Research & Development Manager within the Midstream market. He has a technical and commercial track record of developing and launching Release Couplings into the Oil and Gas market.
Steve's passion for engineering, innovation and people, enables him to drive Secc into the next phase.
Juan has a chemical engineering degree and brings extensive experience in international sales with highly engineered equipment for the oil and gas, energy, and general industry.
He is responsible for the sales growth of sales for Secc and to drive the development of new business through for existing and new products across different markets and geographies.
Additional, Juan manages Secc’s strategic partnerships throughout the globe for sales and marketing of new products, spares and services, as well as equipment rentals.
Trey has a Bachelor of Engineering - BE in mechanical engineering from Manchester Metropolitan University.
He leads the Engineering team here at Secc focusing on continuous improvement in an ever-changing energy industry.
Trey has extensive knowledge in the mechanical design, analysis, development and manufacture of high-pressure Couplings and associated systems.
Trey has a flair for innovation and design, backed up by industry leading analysis and testing.
As a dedicated and long-standing member of our team, Stuart expertly coordinates all internal sales and handles customer inquiries with professionalism and care.
His extensive experience with Secc products makes him an invaluable asset in driving our sales strategy and delivering outstanding support to our clients.
Paul has a Ph.D. in petroleum engineering and has held senior commercial and engineering roles in the oilfield chemistry and specialty chemical industries.
Paul led the business for 10 years from 2013 to 2023 as Managing Director. Paul now sits on the board supporting Secc's growth strategy.
